Christian Slater is in negotiations to star in ABC's new series "The Forgotten.""Forgotten," from WBTV and producer Jerry Bruckheimer, is a mystery drama revolving around a group of amateur detectives led by a former cop (Slater) whose 11-year-old daughter was kidnapped three years before.The project is recasting after being picked up to series in May to air at 10 p.m. Tuesdays.Slater would replace British actor Rupert Penry-Jones, who played the lead in the pilot.
